    Getting Top Google Rankings May Be Essential To Your Bottom Line

    Online business owners from around the world have come to appreciate how important good Google rankings may be to the profitability of their websites.

    Great rankings in Google can literally translate into thousands, perhaps tens of thousands, of additional visitors to a website for weeks, months, perhaps even years.

    When people go to Google, they are looking for a specific kind of product or service to match their needs. As a result, when you are able to get visitors from Google, those people tend to be very interested in what you are selling.

    Suppose you are currently converting 8% of your visitors to customers:

While it is possible to generate significant sales numbers by using Google Adwords, you will have to keep paying Google every single month to keep that traffic coming to your website.

    OR, you could employ Search Engine Optimization to push your website to the top of Google's free search results.

    Of course, you could choose Do-It-Yourself SEO like many people do, but if you are serious about getting to the top of Google's search rankings, you should hire someone like us who has a proven track record for moving websites to the top Google search results.

    Direct Link Building, By Itself, Is Not Enough

    In the top three search engines (Google, Yahoo and MSN), the number of "inbound links" is just one of hundreds of calculations processed to determine how well a web page will rank in the search results. But, all links are not created equal. The link popularity value of the linking pages is actually far more important in the big picture.

    The problem that most people experience is that "link building" as a process creates many links that seem to have no real value to the search engines.

    To get links on a page with existing Link Popularity, it is often required to break out your checkbook and buy those links. But Google frowns on buying links in order to influence one's ranking in Google.

    This is where we differ from a lot of our competitors.

    Instead of running out to buy a lot of links so that you can get Google Love, we use a three-pronged approach for building link popularity and top Google rankings for your website:
    1. We build links to your website.
    2. We find pages already linked to your website.
    3. And we build link popularity for those pages that link to you.
    Through this approach, we are able to create a more natural appearance of organic link popularity value funneling into your website. As a result, we are able to push link popularity to your website - through those people who are linking to you - and strengthen your rankings within Google's search results.

    Since we orchestrate the improvement of your Google rankings through third-party websites, we seldom need to login to your website's control panel. Honestly, the only thing we would ever need from your website directly is an occasional look at your website statistics, to help us better refine our processes.

    If we see a need for onsite SEO, we will advise what changes should be considered. By using our offsite seach engine marketing strategies ("Karma SEO" Link Building Strategies), we are able to positively influence the rankings of most websites, without ever needing to change a thing on the target website.


    We Practice What We Call "Karma SEO"

    "Karma" is defined by many as "a belief system that is similar to the saying 'what goes around, comes around'. Karma can be either good or bad. What you do in this life will determine whether you are rewarded or punished."

    Give Google What It Expects To Find

    A bit of preventative medicine is always a good thing.

    One of Google's advertised "red flag penalties" is when a website has more than 60% of its links anchored with the same keyword or keyword phrase. According to Google's search engineers, natural or organic links will tend to have a wider range of keywords in the anchor text of the links. So if a website has any single keyword approaching the 60% mark in the anchor text of the links pointing to that website, then there is likely some shenanigans afoot.

    If we were to do a job with only one keyword, then we would very likely trigger that 60% penalty, and the last thing we want to do is to get your website banned from Google. This is the reason why we will never do a job where our client wants us to only target one keyword in a SEO campaign. But it is not realistic to assume that by targeting two keywords, we could always hit a strong 50/50 keyword ratio on the links we build. Through the processes that we use to build links, we cannot easily ensure a solid 50/50 mix on the keywords pointing to your website. If we were targeting only two keywords, with a simple slip, we might end up with a 61/39 split on keywords, and that could trigger the Google penalty. This is the reason why we will also never target only two keywords in a SEO campaign - better safe than sorry, right? For your safety, we require a minimum of three keywords in order to start a Performance-Based SEO job for your website.

    If you give Google what it wants to find, then you are more likely to get what you want from Google - higher rankings and more free traffic to your website.

    This 60% Google Penalty is the reason why we will always require our customers to commit to at least three keyword phrases for which they would like to rank. For two (2) of the keyword phrases, we will accept one- or two-word key phrases, and the third key phrase must be a minimum of three-words. (In our case, some of our most profitable keyword phrases are actually three- and four-word phrases, because they more accurately represent what we offer.)


    How Our Pay-For-Performance Model Works

    We reserve the right to refuse any job in any industry. We must be confident that we can actually help your website rank well in Google, or we will not accept your job.

    (We absolutely do not accept jobs working for p*0*R*n or g*a*M*B*1*i*n*g websites.)


    Before we start work, we will ask you to review our contract and to have you sign and notarize your copy of the contract.

    Before we start work, we will need to receive your initial payment for us to begin work.

    The first payment is based on 25% of our total fee. The remaining 75% will be paid to us according to how successful we will be for ranking your website within Google. If we cannot get any of your keywords to at least page two in Google's results, then we will not bill you for any additional payments, period.

    However, if we are able to move you to at least page two in Google's search results, you will start receiving some of that free traffic that Google has to offer... If we are able to move your website to page one of Google's search results, then you will start receiving quite a bit more of that free traffic from Google. If we are able to move your website to the top of page one in Google's search results, then you will begin seeing the bulk of Google's free traffic stream to your website for your target keywords.

    Each month, we will do an accounting of your rankings in Google for your target keywords. We will map your ranking across ten Google data centers over the course of five days to derive an average ranking for your website. (Since we are running 50 data points to determine your rankings in Google, we treat an average of 1.5 as a #1 ranking, and we treat an average of 1.51 as a #2 ranking.)

    As you can see from the chart below, our peformance based SEO package is scaled to ensure that our highest rates are for top five results in Google. From our point of view, a #6 ranking is worth exactly half of what a #1 ranking is worth - just as it will be for your website when you hold those top rankings in Google's search results.

    1. Before we begin work, we require an initial payment ($1,000 per keyword, for a minimum of three [3] keyword phrases) to lay the foundations for a successful campaign. (The three keyword requirement is to ensure that we do not trigger any Google red-flag penalties for your website.)

    2. The Pay-For-Performance model will be observed at the close of each monthly pay period, for a term of one year.

    3. Our Pay-For-Performance model permits you to pay according to the search rankings we actually generate for your business, according to a very specific formula, which is fully detailed in our contract.

    4. If we cannot generate Page One or Page Two results for your websites, on any of the keyword phrases targeted for your job in Google, then you will not be required to pay us any more money beyond your initial payment given to us at the beginning of our agreement. (100% of the monthly payments are tied directly to Google search results, but you will likely see ranking increases in Yahoo and MSN also.)
    In the examples we showed you above, we have documented 20 keyword phrases in which this website ranks in the top 6 results of Google, with half of those being #1 and #2 listings. Beyond those keyword phrases we have documented on this web page, we have several dozen other keywords where we have listings in the top 20 and top 10 rankings in Google, just for this website. On other websites we either own or promote for clients, we literally have placed thousands of additional listings in the top 20 and top 10 results of Google.

    Because it is important for you to understand that we are not one-hit wonders. We have been responsible, literally, for thousands of top 20 and top 10 Google listings, promoting hundreds of websites.

    Who Will Benefit Most From This Program?

    This program is not for everyone.

    But, if your company is spending at least $1,000 per month in a PPC (Pay Per Click) system such as Google Adwords or Yahoo Search Marketing, then this program could easily increase your sales AND reduce or eliminate your monthly PPC-spend.

    If you know what keywords make money for your business in Google's Adwords program or Yahoo's Search Marketing program, then you have the requisite knowledge to help us help you to reduce or eliminate your Pay-Per-Click advertising budget.



    Long-Term Search Engine Rankings

    Most companies could conceivably use our SEO service for one year, and then rest on their laurels for several more years.

    In one case, we were able to move a keyword that we had targeted into the number one position on Google in early 2002. We held that number one position for an extremely competitive two-word search term until early 2008. When we were finally toppled after six years in the number one spot, we dropped to page two of Google's search results for that search term. Since our drop, we have managed to climb back to number five in Google's results, for a term that has 27 million competing search results in Google.

    The lesson is that you can only rest on your laurels for so long, until a few of your competitors figure out how to outrank you for your keywords. My competitors had been chasing me for years, and they passed me because I was cocky enough to believe that no one could overtake me for that keyword phrase.

    This is why we recommend that after your first year, you should opt for our maintenance program, to keep your keywords at the top of the search results for the long-term. Although recommended, a second-year is not required with our Pay-For-Performance SEO program.


    Getting Started

Once we begin a project, we will complete a search engine ranking report for your target keywords, according to the terms we outline in our contract, and we will issue new invoices on the completion of our ranking report at the end of each month. We compile ranking reports between the 24th and the 29th of each calendar month. Your first ranking report will not be sent until you have completed your first full calendar month with our service.

    8. Payment for each monthly benchmark date will be due within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the benchmark report and invoice.
